About Daniel P. Kapsak
Mr. Kapsak is the principal of The Kapsak Law Firm, LLC. His practice is devoted to all aspects of estate and business planning, with a special emphasis in elder law issues. He is a member of the Boulder County Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Colorado. Mr. Kapsak is a member of the Elder Law, Tax, Probate and Trust Sections of the Colorado and Boulder Bar Associations and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
As an ethicist, Mr. Kapsak is a member of the Colorado Health Ethics Forum and the American Society of Law, Medicine and Ethics. His past service in health law and ethics includes work with the End of Life Taskforce of the Boulder Community Hospital Ethics Committee, Boulder/Broomfield Hospice, and the Ethics Committee for Longmont United Hospital (past chairperson).
Mr. Kapsak is a lecturer with the National Business Institute in the areas of Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Elder Law, Ethics, and Estate Administration, is a Certified Arbitrator with the Better Business Bureau, and is a member of the Boulder County Adult Protective Review team.

Mr. Estes is an associate attorney with The Kapsak Law Firm, LLC. His practice focuses on all aspects of estate planning and estate administration, with an emphasis in elder law issues. Mr. Estes is a member of the Boulder County Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and is a member of the Elder Law, Tax, Probate and Trust Sections of the Colorado and Boulder Bar Associations. Mr. Estes is admitted to practice law before the Colorado State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
Mr. Estes is fluent in Spanish, and is effective at communicating with the firm's monolingual and bilingual clients. Mr. Estes is a presenter with the National Business Institute in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Medicaid Planning. Mr. Estes also gives presentations to the community in both English and Spanish in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Medicaid Planning, Capacity, and Guardianships and Conservatorships.
Mr. Estes is the current president of the Longmont St. Vrain Rotary club, and currently serves on the board of directors for Boulder County Senior Law Day. Mr. Estes is a past board member of El Comite of Longmont, and previously served as the chair of the Trust and Estate New Lawyer subcommittee of the Colorado Bar Association, and as co-chair of the Access to Legal Services subcommittee of the Boulder County Bar Association.
Mr. Estes enjoys spending his time out of the office exploring the outdoors and everything Boulder County has to offer, and is a two time Ironman triathlon finisher.
